Event Details

Betsy Price, Fort Worth’s longest-serving mayor, has led the city through multiple once-in-a-century crises, including an economic collapse, a pandemic, a reckoning over race and a devastating winter storm. In January, Price announced that she will not seek reelection. The announcement marks the end of her 10-year stint as mayor and leaves the early May mayoral election up for grabs.

Join us live at noon Central on Thursday, April 22, to discuss Price’s successes in office, how Fort Worth has changed, how she has changed, how the Republican Party — her party — has changed and the things she couldn’t get done. The conversation will be moderated by Tribune CEO Evan Smith and will be available to watch on demand afterward.
